My favorite author

I live to read books. I have read books written by many authors and my favorite is Enid Blyton. I love her books because they are filled with mystery, fun, interesting characters and a lot of imagination. Her writing is so good that whenever I read her books, I feel the story comes alive. The words she uses are simple yet very effective. I feel I am actually seeing the story and not just reading it. There are times, when I wish I was in the story.
Another specialty about her stories is that they seem dull at the beginning, but the excitement builds up gradually and they always have happy endings.
