These days’ bosses knew what the employee was up to. I read somewhere that even Surveillance software was installed in the employee’s laptop at times. What can such software do? It can track and block the websites a user tries to visit and log his or her every keystroke. The boss can see screen shots of what they do in Yahoo, can know what they are typing whether it’s resumes or business related stuffs. The program even keeps track of songs that employees download to their iPod. There’s not anything these guys can get away with that the boss can’t see.
